Job Description

We are seeking a driven HR Manager to lead our HR department in Durban. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with senior management to develop HR policies that align with our overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that improve processes and systems.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate employee compensation.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation for HR activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
