Job Description

As a Track Production Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of railway tracks, ensuring the safety and efficiency of transportation for trains and passengers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design processes for new railway infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of existing railway systems.
  • Develop and implement effective track maintenance plans.
  • Mediate between cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Keep detailed logs of all project status and compliance checks.
  • Generate report summaries for stakeholders detailing project progression.
  • Assist in the development and training of junior team members.
  • Research and integrate new technologies to enhance track safety and performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in railway engineering and project management.
