Manufacturing Technology Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Analyst to analyze and improve our manufacturing processes using innovative technologies. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at eliminating waste and improving productivity.
• Engage in regular communication with team members to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to promote innovative thinking.
• Work with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality meets standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Preferred certifications in process improvement methodologies

Experience

• Practical experience with MES and ERP systems is a plus

• Microsoft Excel
• Minitab

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Certified Lean Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Experience in leading projects to successful completion.
• Hands-on experience with automation systems: Familiarity with deploying automation solutions in a manufacturing setting.
