Responsibilities

• Oversee medication dispensing processes in line with standard procedures.
• Respond to patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Implement and monitor drug utilization reviews for safer prescribing.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in pharmacy budgeting and financial management as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge

Certifications

• Community Pharmacy Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
