Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes, and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and share best practices to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Monitor product usage data and provide insights to clients for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
