Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Degree in Business Administration or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or retail

Languages
  • English: Fluent
