Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance.
  • Implement effective performance appraisal systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to improve processes.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Create diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote equity.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations for talent acquisition.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
