Job Description

Are you an experienced Food and Beverage Manager looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our team in Centurion, ensuring that our guests enjoy extraordinary dining experiences while managing the day-to-day operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of food and beverage production and service.
  • Create and maintain shift schedules for staff.
  • Evaluate menu items for quality and presentation.
  • Ensure effective waste management and cost control measures.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to encourage feedback and foster teamwork.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to attract more diners.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas.
  • Establish strong relationships with local food suppliers for fresh produce.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction surveys to inform service improvements.
  • Lead by example to ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Management certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality sector
