Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates across various sectors. Your expertise in talent acquisition will help our clients build effective teams and achieve their business goals. We are looking for someone with a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and track industry trends.
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide coaching and advice to candidates to enhance their interview skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive hiring strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on recruitment strategies and candidate insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology is preferred
  • Additional HR-related qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or a similar role
