Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant with our organization in Pretoria, you will be instrumental in connecting skilled professionals with job opportunities. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to find the perfect fit for each position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed needs analysis with clients to align on hiring strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior recruitment consultants on best practices.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and adapt strategies to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Develop a robust network of contacts within the industry.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
