Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration of clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with patients, assisting in data collection, and maintaining accurate records throughout the trial process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire clinical trial process, ensuring adherence to GCP guidelines
• Facilitate communication between study teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage budgets for research studies
• Supervise the collection and analysis of trial data
• Interact and build relationships with patients and clinical staff
• Identify issues proactively and develop solutions
• Conduct regular training and updates for trial personnel
• Coordinate logistics for clinical trial materials and shipments
• Maintain records in accordance with data protection regulations

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Research/Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research project coordination
