Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for new mechanical projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines.
• Document design processes and maintain engineering records.
• Implement design modifications based on testing feedback.
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years in mechanical design and engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project management software
• Mechanical testing methods

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Leadership

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Experience managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with industry regulations: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations applicable to mechanical engineering.
