Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our company's customer service, dealing directly with enquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Higher certificate in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a customer support role
