We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service position
