We're looking for a passionate HR Manager to oversee our HR functions in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Design and execute HR programs that support workforce planning.
Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
Evaluate and improve employee benefits programs.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
Document HR processes and maintain up-to-date policies.
Participate in HR budget planning and management.
Utilize HR software and systems for efficient operations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with management responsibilities
