HR Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate HR Manager to oversee our HR functions in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR programs that support workforce planning.
• Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate and improve employee benefits programs.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
• Document HR processes and maintain up-to-date policies.
• Participate in HR budget planning and management.
• Utilize HR software and systems for efficient operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with management responsibilities
