Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our team's HR functions in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws while driving a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment efforts and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases for recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage workforce metrics to assess employee satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualification preferred

  • 3+ years of HR or office management experience
