Job Description

Looking for a passionate individual for the Customer Support Representative role in Durban. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their queries, ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to the team's targets and objectives.
  • Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or related field
