Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to enhance our customer relations and ensure client satisfaction in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer support, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategies to improve the overall client experience.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive service improvement.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Assist in developing training materials for client onboarding.
  • Regularly update clients on relevant company news and offerings.
  • Host client feedback sessions to gather insights on service performance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts
