• Assist customers in achieving their strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance customer knowledge of products.

• Conduct regular training to empower customers in product utilization.
• Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS environment
