Job Description

Seeking a proactive HR Generalist to contribute to our Port Elizabeth office. This role will focus on managing recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and facilitating training programs while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop comprehensive HR strategies to improve workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management on training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.
  • Organize employee engagement events and activities.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Manage benefits administration and employee wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
