Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop comprehensive HR strategies to improve workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
Collaborate with management on training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.
Organize employee engagement events and activities.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification is a plus
