Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR department by overseeing recruitment processes, conducting onboarding, and facilitating training programs. This role is vital for maintaining our company's culture and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Promote a strong company culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employee skill development.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation within teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR documentation and reporting.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
