Looking for an experienced Project Manager to guide our construction initiatives in Johannesburg. Your role will involve the coordination of project activities, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering teamwork among contractors and subcontractors. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments prior to project initiation.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to project team members.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Ensure proper documentation for all project phases is maintained.
• Collaborate with the financial department for budget reviews and adjustments.
• Champion sustainability practices within projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing construction projects
