Responsibilities
Lead volunteer meetings and facilitate team-building activities.
Monitor and report on volunteer engagement metrics.
Develop volunteer appreciation programs to encourage retention.
Assist in fundraising efforts by engaging volunteers in campaigns.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Community Development or related field
Master's degree in Management is preferred

3+ years of experience in non-profit or community-based organizations
