Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs based on client briefs and requirements.
• Utilize project management tools to track development phases.
• Attend design meetings and provide input on project direction.
• Evaluate material options and conduct research for sustainable practices.
• Prepare reports for project stakeholders regarding progress updates.
• Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure project materials.
• Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders into design revisions.
• Facilitate design workshops with community stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Research and propose innovative design solutions for upcoming projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Advanced certification or master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in commercial and residential architecture projects

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
