Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing guest experiences, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant and bar operations within the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health codes.
  • Create a culture of excellence and positivity among staff.
  • Utilize guest feedback to refine service offerings.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is acceptable
  • Certifications in Hospitality Management preferred

  • 5 years of experience in a hospitality role with management responsibilities
