Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Durban. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality assurance for each project phase.
• Facilitate collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Implement best practices in project management to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to the project scope.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Generate reports on project status, milestones, and completion timelines.
• Foster a positive working environment on-site to promote teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
