Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist in Durban to spearhead our employee training initiatives. The right candidate will design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance skills, boost productivity, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized training solutions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees post-training.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and present to management.
• Participate in HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in HR or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in corporate training roles

Certifications

• Certified Training Development Professional (CTDP)
• Advanced Facilitation Skills Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with virtual training platforms: Hands-on experience with tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
