Job Description

As a Hazardous Materials Removal Worker, you will be responsible for the safe removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials from various sites. This role requires a keen attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assessments of sites.
• Prepare accurate records related to hazardous material activities.
• Select and implement appropriate safety equipment.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Provide client support throughout the hazardous material removal process.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an approved hazardous materials training program

Experience

• 2+ years of team leadership experience in hazardous materials removal

Technical Skills

• Experience with Asbestos Management Software
• Construction Safety Equipment Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership Skills
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certification in Environmental Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent
