Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hotel operations and set performance goals for all departments.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant diploma in hospitality is preferred
