Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager in Durban, you will lead our floor team, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for staff training, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall restaurant operations, including staffing and budgeting.
  • Train and develop a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintain inventory controls.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example in fostering a positive dining environment.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance service and menu offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Restaurant Management or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality
