Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will handle HR tasks including recruitment, performance management, and employee support to enhance overall workplace satisfaction. Use your HR expertise to make a meaningful impact!

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruiting and onboarding new staff.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and promote a cohesive work environment.
  • Plan and implement training sessions and development programs.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with department heads to support HR needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree or relevant HR certification preferred
