Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing timely support and resolving queries effectively. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty as you engage with clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while maintaining quality standards.
  • Educate customers on product features and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in creating and updating FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Support team objectives by meeting individual performance targets.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support role
