Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Account Manager in Johannesburg to oversee client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure clients receive excellent service and support consistently.
  • Analyze account data and prepare strategic recommendations.
  • Create account development plans and track progress.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Document and communicate client feedback to relevant teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on product usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role with account management experience
