Responsibilities

• Monitor blending equipment and adjust settings as needed to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on blending machinery.
• Support training of new employees on blending equipment operation.
• Document production activities and maintain logs for traceability.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by engaging with colleagues.
• Implement improvements based on quality audit feedback.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in machine operations are advantageous

Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Basic mathematical skills

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
