Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions and develop a cohesive workforce. You will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the workplace.
  • Implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Oversee HR compliance audits and improve processes.
  • Engage in succession planning and talent management.
  • Provide guidance and support to team leaders on HR issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is a plus

  • 5+ years in a senior HR role with proven expertise in employee relations
