Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team in Durban. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant, delivering outstanding service, and enhancing the overall dining experience. You’ll be responsible for managing a dedicated team, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings to enhance service standards and team morale.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and participate in local events to promote the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance for upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Any additional certifications in Food Safety are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
