Job Description

We're on the hunt for an Event Planner with a flair for creativity and organization to manage events in Port Elizabeth. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and transforming their ideas into successful events, while overseeing all logistical details.

Responsibilities

• Design event concepts that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Supervise on-site event management including set-up, operation, and breakdown.
• Manage catering, entertainment, décor, and other event details.
• Develop creative solutions and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to finalize event details and expectations.
• Manage marketing strategies for event promotions across various platforms.
• Evaluate the success of events by collecting feedback from attendees and clients.
• Implement sustainability practices where possible during events.
• Create a positive experience for all stakeholders involved in events.
• Build a network of industry contacts for collaboration and support.
