Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and develop action plans.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure effective risk management to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to improve team morale.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all construction work is performed according to the approved plans and specifications.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction field with managerial responsibilities
