We are on the hunt for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and managing talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
Design and execute HR policies to enhance organizational efficiency.
Coordinate the recruitment process including job descriptions, interviews, and selection.
Facilitate training and development programs to foster talent growth.
Support management in employee performance appraisal processes.
Cultivate an inclusive workplace through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical HR practices.
Analyze HR metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Engage in conflict resolution and provide coaching to staff when needed.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Additional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are preferred
Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a managerial capacity
