Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Construction Manager to lead our Durban projects with a keen focus on excellence and timely delivery. You will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project requirements.
• Manage and mentor construction staff to develop their skills.
• Prepare comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Provide training to teams on safety practices and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
