Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative working from our Port Elizabeth office, you will engage directly with our clients, helping them resolve issues and providing them with the information they need. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-resolution.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate them to management.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Proficiency in Help Desk Software
