Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth location. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of service, and drive the hotel's performance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all hotel operations and ensure the highest levels of guest service.
  • Train and develop hotel staff to provide exceptional experiences for guests.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to drive profitability.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain service excellence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to grow hotel bookings.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee event planning and coordination for special functions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • MBA or relevant qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
