Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce. You will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
• Lead initiatives to promote professional growth and career development.
• Utilize e-learning platforms to deliver training effectively.
• Build relationships with external training providers for specialized training sessions.
• Advise employees on available learning opportunities and resources.
• Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement and retention.
• Evaluate and improve training strategies based on employee feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master's degree in Education or Training and Development preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing training programs
