Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the store.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient back-of-house area.
• Actively participate in community events to promote the store.

Requirements

Education

• Matric; Degree in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Customer Relationship Management

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans is a plus.
• Strong background in Visual Merchandising: Experience in creating appealing product displays to attract customers.
