Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will lead our HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. This position plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring that workplace issues are dealt with appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct surveys and reports to determine employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Lead talent management strategies to enhance hiring and retention.
  • Develop and manage training and development programs.
  • Monitor and report on workforce analytics.
  • Participate in the development of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
