Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Development Manager to streamline our learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will enhance employee capabilities and contribute towards a high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent development team in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees.
  • Create actionable career development plans for employees across the organization.
  • Deliver training workshops and mentoring sessions tailored to employee needs.
  • Analyze employee performance data to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Engage with HR and management to promote a learning culture.
  • Design onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires.
  • Develop partnerships with external training providers to enhance offerings.
  • Report regularly to HR leadership on the effectiveness of talent programs.
  • Coordinate succession planning initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Drive initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management
