Job Description

As a Wood Casket Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling wooden caskets according to specifications, while ensuring quality control measures are adhered to. Your role is crucial in supporting grieving families with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials and dimensions based on specifications and orders.
• Ensure the structural integrity of assembled caskets through rigorous quality checks.
• Assist in the training of new assembly team members when required.
• Utilize woodworking machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Support the team in meeting monthly production targets.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or certifications in woodworking is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in casket manufacturing is advantageous.
