Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of environmental regulations and management practices. Your role will involve conducting assessments, advising clients on best practices, and implementing sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through environmental compliance and regulatory processes.
  • Analyze data collected from fieldwork and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct training sessions on environmental sustainability for client staff.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Foster relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of environmental policies and strategies.
  • Monitor environmental impact and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in environmental project management or consulting
