Responsibilities

• Assess buyers' needs and preferences to develop a comprehensive understanding of their property requirements.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and property evaluations.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property viewings.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms on behalf of buyers.
• Coordinate property inspections and facilitate necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements during the purchasing process.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after property transactions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts to generate potential leads.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Valid real estate license

Experience

• At least 2 years in real estate, specifically as a Buyers' Agent.
