Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives, promote employee welfare, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute HR programs that support business objectives.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and policies.
  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is highly advantageous

  • 5+ years in a senior HR role
